Roaster’s Notes:
This coffee is one of those that really hits you in a way not expected. We have had our share of Carbonic Maceration coffees and have gotten quite used to the fermentation flavors to expect from one but this one brings with it a very spice like profile that’s so uncommon. Expect bright acidity paired with a spiced like finish akin to a gin
