Villa Teresa, in the Huila region of Colombia, is managed by Martha Rodriguez Ospina, the eldest member of the Rodriguez Ospina family. Representing the third generation of coffee growers, Martha upholds her family’s legacy with dedication and innovative practices. Recognising the constraints of their modest farm size, Martha initially transitioned from traditional varieties to high-value Geisha to increase profitability. This strategic shift laid the foundation for her to master her processing methods and introduce bespoke protocols, which enhance the complexity and depth of her coffees.
